Bulldog Gear Shorty Resistance Bands are 12" long rather than the regular 41" standard length resistance bands. This means you don't have to wrap bands to gain the required resistance or run the risk of nips when doing squats.

*Please note that on delivery your new bands may have a white powdery coating, this is a residue form the manufacturing process that protects the rubber during storage and delivery. This residue can be easily removed with a damp cloth or sponge.
