What is the Peak Supps Compression Band?

The compression band is an essential for any gym kit. Peak Supps compression band has a unique ability to compress swelling, work on stiff/sore joints, injury prone areas and encourage blood flow after use. Our compression band are ideal for joint flossing / injury rehabilitation. As it was able to provide good compression and still maintain good manoeuvrability of the joint or muscle when applied.

The compression band can be used on most areas; for example the Ankle, Knee, Upper thigh, Elbow, Wrist and Shoulder. Flossing has become extremely popular throughout the cross-fit community mainly due to their rehabilitation benefits and the publicity given to them from MobilityWOD owner Kelly Starrett.

Bands Dimension: 2.13m Length (7ft) x 5cm Wide x 1.3m Thickness

Apply for short periods only. Ensure that the latex bands can be removed easily yourself. Remove immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort. Not suitable for children under the age of 18.

*When used, natural latex creates a blooming effect which causes oxidation. This appears as white powder on the bands. This doesn't effect the band's functionality; however, we do recommend using a damp cloth with lukewarm water and wipe the surface before use.
